I like the sense of irony in some of these videos. Like the dog video is for a song called birds. And this boy’s in love, you’d think the video would have a boy falling in love with a girl, but instead its two attractive men fighting. And the Jerk it video, the whole beginning looks like she’s jerking it, but instead she’s holding a rooster, which is both ironic and a pun (cock). And then the weezer video is great because they’re sort of mocking performance-based videos by not playing the song right and instead just fucking around. We should keep that in mind for our video. It would give it some substance and depth. We could think of some of the themes in the song, like getting wasted, and subvert it in some way. Be thinking on that.
